Event Details

Join your friends and neighbors for the 3rd Annual Local Harvest Dinner, celebrating Concord's vibrant and growing local food community and area farms.

Cocktails: from 5 to 6 p.m.

Dinner Buffet: opens at 6 p.m.; a delicious and varied fresh, local buffet will be provided with the support of students of the Concord High School Culinary Arts Program, under the guidance of Courtyard Marriott Chef Trish Taylor.

Bluegrass Entertainment: presented by Pressure's On.

Keynote Address: presented by Cheryl King Fischer, executive director of the New England Grassroots Environmental Fund.

Featured Area Farms and Producers: The Vegetable Ranch, Apple Hill Farm, Miles Smith Farm, Hackleboro Orchard and Red Manse Farm

Engaging the Concord community through local action to improve energy efficiency, reduce our carbon footprint, and improve the city’s environmental quality is the mission of the Concord Energy and Environment Committee.  The Committee was established by the Concord City Council in April of 2008 upon the recommendation of Concord Mayor Jim Bouley.
